What is Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy?

Sit, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Notice your body. What's happening now?

What would it be like to have someone be there to physically support you in movements and yoga postures while you talk about What's Happening Now? How much could you learn about yourself and your life with an hour and a half of one on one custom work?

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy mixes contemporary mind-body therapy and ancient techniques of yoga. There's no need for experience in yoga or meditation, simply a willingness to be present to yourself.

From all that you notice throughout the session you'll be given time to make an action step to implement a positive change in your life. What would that look like for you now?
